More books appear every year and most are worth ignoring as the same errors are repeated again and again.Be very wary of North American authors as conditions there are very different to ours.

Whilst a couple of good books are very useful to the beginner especially illustrated ones showing healthy brood and so on, these days much good and accurate advice is available on line. I commend the beekeeping forum.co.uk
